Farm Sitting (2 visits a day of FULL CARE PACKAGE):

*Full Care in Farm Sitting Services: water, grain, supplements, checking for abnormalities and feet, cleaning and setting up stalls, turn in or out, blanketing/ fly masks, fly spray, and oral meds. Barn cats are included if it's only feeding and water* Barn cats are included in your fee, no additional cost!
Chickens $12 per day

*Horse/Pony must be clean and dry before being clipped! Only well behaved horses/ponies will be accepted, thank you. Handler, trainer, or owner must be present.*

Payment Policy:
Payment can be made in cash, check, or Zelle. Checks are made out to "Courtney's Pet and Equine Services". Tips are appreciated and can be added to payment or given separately.

Services performed that are more than 30 minutes away, there is a gas fee of $10 per visit added to the original service. Clients will be advised in advance by our company if a supplemental gas fee would be charged. This does not apply to long-term clients in Clifton, VA.
Holidays: Christmas eve, Christmas day, New Year’s eve, New Year’s day, President's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving eve, Thanksgiving day

- Farm Sitting, Barn Chores and Nightly Checks: payment is required at the start of each job, at least a deposit which would be half of total, other half must be paid at the end of service week, within 3 days.
- Feeding, Equine and Pet Grooming Services: clients pay after service is completed.

Farm Sitting Visits(Full and Single) :
- If you cancel at least one week before the first day of service, there is a cancellation fee of $25.
- Cancellation of services within 7 days of the first day of service and your job is under $300, the fee is $50.
- Cancellation of services within 7 days of the first day of service, and your job is over $300, the fee is equal to 50% of your job total.
